or presenting at a future event?
We will need anywhere from 2-4 guests for each event, so shoot us an email with what you may have in mind and a little bit about your background as a queer adventurer. This can be defined as broadly as you like! POC, trans & fat folks to the front! QueerAdventureStorytelling@gmail.com
Jes Rega – A camping top who always packs extra gear and food bc she knows someone will forget to bring something. Very proud of her first aid kit. Ask her about her apocalypse plan.
Siche Green-Mitchell – A dude without the ‘tude, Siche’s energy and enthusiasm for the outdoors is contagious. Upon leaving competitive sports to transition Siche pursued adventure, seeking solace and thirst quenching thrills. Currently Siche enjoys exploring new ways to travel rugged terrain, packrafting, mountain biking, climbing, skiing, and kayaking his way through the PNW and beyond.
Kate Ellison AKA Salt Lick – A Great Lakes Girl turned into a Home-free Traveling Queer Surgical Nurse who works in the winter to fuel her obsession with anything outdoors during the summer. This most recently means being found on long trails crushing miles but occasionally returns to her love for fresh water rather it be backcountry canoeing or wilderness sailing.
Missy Capone – Queer, freckly, Jersey girl and cat lady who can’t sit still and can’t say no to adventures. She loves all endurance things and has swam across shark infested channels, ran ultra marathon distances in third world countries and completed an Ironman race.
